    Se trata de una casa unifamiliar, encargo en el año 1966 al arquitecto Xavier Busquets (Barcelona, 1917-1990). Situada en la zona alta de la ciudad de Barcelona, en el barrio de Sant Gervasi muy cerca de la céntrica plaza Bonanova, pero ubicada en un entorno de mucha vegetación y de árboles centenarios, ya que la parcela de unos 1500m2 en la que se eleva la casa, formaba parte de un gran parque perteneciente a la Torre Castañer, antigua propiedad de la familia Güell.

    It is a single-family house, commissioned in 1966 to the architect Xavier Busquets (Barcelona, 1917-1990). Located in the upper area of the city of Barcelona, in the district of Sant Gervasi, very close to the central Bonanova square, but located in an environment of greenery and ancient trees, as the plot of about 1500m2 on which the house stands, was part of a large park belonging to the Torre Castañer, former property of the Güell family.
